1:1 Foundations
Depending on your starting point, we'll recommend 3, 6 or 9 one to one personalised Foundations sessions to assess your movement patterns and introduce the fundamental CrossFit movements. Finish the course feeling confident and capable and ready for group fitness!

CrossFit Classes
Join our small group CrossFit classes (capped at 12) and discover what you're capable of! You'll be coached every step of the way, whilst being supported by the best fitness community in North Ayrshire.
