Kyle Russell is the Owner and Head Coach at Peak Fitness CrossFit, bringing over 15 years of coaching experience to the gym floor. His career spans working with elite athletes on strength and conditioning, as well as supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their fitness goals. After rebranding to Peak Fitness in 2016, Kyle opened The Peak Fitness Lab in 2018, launched Scotland’s first licensed CrossFit event, WOD on the Loch, in 2019, and expanded to open Peak Fitness CrossFit in 2022. His vision continues to shape a community-driven space focused on performance, inclusivity, and lasting results.

Martin has been involved with sport and fitness from a young age. He’s picked up a diverse range of activities in life, from the barbell to the flying trapeze and each one has taught him a new lesson about himself and how physical activity can improve so much about your life.
When he found CrossFit in 2017, the whole methodology just made sense to him. Being able to train to be capable in every physical aspect of life made so much sense that he have never looked back and it’s become his life’s passion to help as many people along that journey as he can.

Lauren has been part of Peak Fitness CrossFit since it opened, and from the start, was hooked. The mix of challenge, community, and personal growth that CrossFit brings completely changed her life.
As her love for the methodology grew, she completed the internal Advanced Theory Course with head coach Kyle and then continued on to get her CrossFit Level 1 certification to be able to coach and give back to the community that has given me so much.
